The story
A neon dynasty in the heart of the seaside city.
Ton Duc Thang is the main road running down to the Phan Thiet coast. At lot P8, A3 Plus opened with a claim printed straight onto its own logo: "the world of the discerning". For years it has been the regular meeting point for locals, for young people from Phan Thiet and for travellers just back from the Mui Ne beaches — Binh Thuan travel guides call it flatly the largest club in the city, and it holds 4.8/5 on Google from more than 120 reviews.
Behind the door is a hall built out of light: full-height LED walls on both sides, a patterned LED ceiling running the length of the room, moving heads cutting white and blue beams through the haze, and a DJ booth set beneath a pyramid of LED. The venue's current key art is titled "Neon Dynasty" — an East Asian temple meeting neon-edged machinery. That is exactly how the room feels: the classical and the futuristic stacked into one night.

An LED-wall hall on the road to the sea
Street frontage at P8 Ton Duc Thang, a wide car park inside the grounds and security on duty all night. Inside: a large hall with full-height LED walls on both sides and a patterned LED ceiling — the whole room changes colour with every track.
A DJ booth under a pyramid of LED
Every sightline in the hall converges on a DJ booth set beneath a pyramid of LED, flanked by three tiers of vertical screens. Moving heads cut white and blue beams through the haze on the beat — whichever tier you sit in, you see the whole stage.
The show changes every night
Resident DJs open, an MC carries the room, dance crews take the stage and guest singers step up. The venue also builds themed nights of its own — Ladies Night, Latin Night, RnB Party, Retro Night — plus DJ competition nights. EDM, House, Vinahouse and Hip-hop run through to 03:00.
Birthdays & tour groups
Birthday tables are set up with a neon "Happy Birthday" sign, a cake and an MC toasting in front of the whole hall. A3 Plus takes large parties and has its own rates for groups and tours — call ahead so the team can hold enough tables in one block. Guests 18+.
