A3 Plus is at P8 Ton Duc Thang Street, Phu Thuy Ward, Lam Dong — on the main road down to the Phan Thiet coast, a few minutes' drive from the beach. Before 1 July 2025 this address sat in Phu Thuy Ward, Phan Thiet City, Binh Thuan Province.
A3 Plus opens 19:00 – 03:00 nightly, including weekends and holidays. The hall starts filling from around 21:00, which is also when the DJs, the MC and the dance crews take the stage. Big event nights may run later.

Yes — A3 Plus recommends booking ahead to secure the right area for your group. Book at least 24 hours in advance, especially for Friday, Saturday, public holidays and guest-singer nights — Phan Thiet fills up with weekend travellers.
Four groups: dancefloor-side tables at the edge of the floor, stage-facing VIP tables looking straight at the DJ booth and the LED pyramid, high tables along the LED walls, and a private area for birthdays, tour groups and corporate parties.
Beach-town relaxed — long pants or a skirt, a proper top, closed shoes or sandals. Beachwear, flip-flops, sport shorts and tank tops are not permitted in the main hall.
Yes — A3 Plus hosts birthdays, group parties, corporate events and launches, with a neon "Happy Birthday" sign, a cake and an MC toast in front of the whole hall. Call the hotline for area and show-schedule advice.
EDM, House, Vinahouse and Hip-hop — performed by resident DJs with an MC, dance crews and guest singers. The venue also runs themed nights of its own such as Ladies Night, Latin Night, RnB Party, Retro Night and DJ competition nights. The line-up changes nightly.
Yes. A3 Plus has its own rates for groups and tour parties. Call 0905 806 704 ahead so the team can hold enough tables in one block and quote the rate for your group size.
There is a car park inside the A3 Plus grounds with security on duty all night, and motorbike parking at the gate. Our team will point you to the entrance when confirming your reservation.
Guests must be 18 or older (18+). Please bring valid ID or passport for entry check-in.
